NIAGARA UNIVERSITY, N.Y.- Spring break is just around the corner for Niagara University students. The mid-semester break is one of the most popular travel times of the year. Our break will begin on March 3, after the last class and resume on the 12. Planning a trip isn’t always the easiest task. Finding a destination, price and date that works for a group of people can be quite complicated. Lucky, half the struggle is dealt with in this listicle of great ideas. That said if you and your best buds are ready to skip town for a bit, look no further.
Seattle, WA.- Explore all the best of the beautiful city over spring break. This “not so basic” vacation will have all your Instagram followers jealous of your iconic pictures. Delta Airlines offers flights to Seattle for about $310 roundtrip. The incredible Kimton Hotel Monaco offers rooms for around $230 a night, which is a steal when you’re splitting the total cost with other people. The boutique hotel offers free bicycle rentals for guest and hosts an evening social hour in the lobby. Uber around the area to take in all the sights, sounds and coffee the city has to offer.
Miami, FL.- Miami is one of the top beach destinations in the sunshine state. With flights as low as $165 with Southwest Airlines, the warm sunny weather isn’t far out of reach. If you’re looking to stay off the Strip, The Berkley Las Vegas offers rooms as low as $150 per night. If you’re looking to be on The Strip, hotels like The Flamingo offer hotel rooms for about $140 each night along with special promotions depending on the length of your stay. Book directly through the hotel’s website for the best deals on your accommodations You won’t run out of things to do in Las Vegas. The city is packed with things to do and places to see, spend the day relaxing at the hotel’s beautiful pools or exploring nature off of The Strip.
Charleston, S.C.- Charleston is one of those places that should be on everyone’s travel list. The beauty and history of the area is incredible. Foodies will love all the things the cuisine does for your taste buds. Flights into Charleston range in the $200’s, with most around the $270 mark. Stay at the King Charles Inn for around $270 a night. You’ll be right in the hub of the city and walking distance from the shops, restaurants and historical sights.
Everybody loves a good getaway, which is also well deserved after struggling through the winter. Make your trip more feasible by traveling with a group of friends.
