The Niagara University Club Hockey team will be co-hosting the NECHL playoffs at the Harbor Center with Canisius and UB the weekend of February 24th-26th. The team looks to win their 3rd league championship in 4 years with momentum on their side.

The team clinched second in the league with a 4-3 shootout victory against Syracuse University, whom currently sits in first place. This is the first time the NECHL playoffs will be hosted at the Harbor Center. Niagara will have a bye in the first round, and are likely to play archrival UB on Saturday at 7:00pm.

“Our destiny is in our hands,” said junior defenseman Chris Selak. “We have proved that we can play with anyone in our league, but if we are complacent we won’t be successful.”

Tickets for students are free, while general admission is $5. We hope that you will join us at the Harbor Center next weekend to cheer them on!
